FREE BIRTHDAY PIZZA: Once enrolled in Salvatore's Pizza Perks, your Pizza Perks account is eligible for a FREE BIRTHDAY PIZZA! (medium pizza, one topping) No electronic or paper coupon will be issued or is needed to redeem! The credit is good for one week from your birthday. Follow steps below in order to redeem:
- 1. Join Pizza Perks! Make sure you correctly fill out your birth date within the form, in order to be eligible for your free birthday pizza.
- 2. Redeem Your Pizza! Happy Birthday! The promo becomes active the day of your birthday. You then have one week to use it.
- IN STORE or OVER PHONE: Make sure you are placing your order under the phone number associated with your pizza perks account, and then the free medium 1 topping birthday pizza promo should pop up on the cashier's end to apply.
- ONLINE: Make sure you are logged into your pizza perks account on web ordering. Add a medium pizza, with 1 topping of your choosing, to your cart. Once the rest of your order is complete, click "checkout" to move to the next screen. Upon the checkout screen, select the dropdown under "Redeem Pizza Perks Points/Offer", and click on "Birthday Med 1 Top". The selection will then change the price to FREE of the medium 1 topping pizza in your shopping cart!

- Birthday Promo not coming up on cashier end or online ordering end? Make sure you are trying to redeem the offer the day of, or week after your birthday when the offer is active. Your birthday date may be incorrect within our Pizza Perks system. Please call 585-288-1387 for assistance. Happy Birthday!
- For delivery, your cart total must still meet the minimum dollar amount needed for delivery.

Pizza Perks Disclaimers:
- Birthday Promo is only valid the day of or week after your birthday, when the offer is active. Your birthday date must be correct in the Pizza Perks system, and birth date cannot change on the account. Please have ID ready to validate your birthdate.
- There is no minimum spend needed on dine-in or pick-up orders in order to redeem points. But for delivery orders, your cart total must still meet the minimum dollar amount needed for delivery.
- Only one Pizza Perks redemption, per account, every 24 hour period is allowed.
- Tax and Toppings are extra on all orders. Delivery is extra, if applicable.
- Perks orders cannot be redeemed or combined with any other discounts, coupons or promotions. No exceptions.
- Perks accounts should be for personal use, and not for company and/or school bulk orders. Store operators and/or employees may ask for account verification to make sure personal accounts are used.
- Perks accounts and Perks Points are non-transferrable to any other person or account.
- Perks Points, point redemption levels, sign-up points, and menu offerings may change at any given time per Salvatore's discretion. Points may expire per Salvatore's discretion. Salvatore's may hold promotions for Double Pizza Perks points from time-to-time at Salvatore's discretion. Salvatore's may adapt, modify or discontinue this loyalty program at any given time.
- Perks offerings are point-based menu offers, and provide no monetary value. Earned points and rewards are not redeemable for cash or gift card. Earned rewards cannot be then be refunded or exchanged for cash, gift card, account credit or points credit. Earned rewards subtract from point balance immediately upon redemption.
- You must be logged into your Pizza Perks account, or provide your Pizza Perks account phone number to the cashier at the time of purchase to receive points. No exceptions. Points are calculated with each purchase. ($1 Spent = 1 Point Earned) Delivery fee, tips, gift cards and sales tax are not included in points calculation. For point balance, log into your account.
- Salvatore's is not liable for any failure, malfunction or discontinuation of the Pizza Perks loyalty program and the related systems, for losses or damages arising from possible changes, or for any expenses and inconveniences resulting from the use of points or rewards.
