Opened on March 2, 2022, our Henrietta Saloon brought together the East Henrietta, West Henrietta, and Monroe Ave. delivery areas into one spacious Jefferson Road location. This resturant was opened by Marine veteran Nick Pearl and his family, combining a large dining room, full bar, and outdoor patio — making it one of the most versatile Salvatore’s locations in Henrietta, NY. As of April 2026, this location is now owned and operated by Mike Schmidt & Alisia Rios. This is Mike & Alisia's 2nd location, as they also operate the Dewey Ave store. Dine-in with a full bar!
