Originally opened in 2004, after many years across the highway on NYS Rt. 104, the Ontario/RT 104 location moved to this more convenient location in 2012 and is owned by a member of the Salvatore's Pizza Family's second-generation, Silvio Fantauzzo, son of founder Soccer Sam Fantauzzo.
